On September 16-17, 2015, the participants of the symposium gathered at the ski resort Bukovel to hear presentations of new project participants, their reports on cooperation in the project and discuss cooperation vectors.

 

Representatives of the Vinnytsia National Technical University, Donetsk National University, and Lesia Ukrainka Eastern European National University spoke about the implementation of the project "Ukraine-Norway" at their higher educational institutions. Presenters also included TNEU rector Andriy Krysovatyy, president of the International Foundation for Social Adaptation Volodymyr Rubtsov, Development Coordinator at the Norwegian Embassy in Ukraine Maryna Dyshliovska, IFSA Project Manager Yana Kozachenko, IFSA PR Director Olha Filina. Participants discussed the problems and prospects of the higher education activities and also formed a programme of stay in Norway during the roundtable.

 

The success of the Ukraine-Norway project lies in transparency and openness. The programme helps to solve social problems of Ukrainians, establish business contacts between countries, take positive experience in the field of economy, resource management, energy saving. After the work, the participants of the symposium had an opportunity to visit the "Picturesque Carpathians" excursion.
