On February 11, 2015, Ternopil National Economic University held a graduation ceremony on the occasion of awarding certificates of advanced training to graduates of vocational retraining courses for reserve servicemen of the armed forces of Ukraine and their families. In attendance were the head of the Ukraine-Norway project, the director of the International Foundation for Social Adaptation Volodymyr Rubtsov, IFSA Project Managers Yana Kozachenko and Ravil Hafarov, TNEU rector Andriy Krysovatyy, faculty Deans, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Vasyl Brych, and many others.

The ceremony began with the raising of the flag and a moment of silence for the fallen heroes. Then the rector addressed the graduates, speaking about the peculiarities of the "Ukraine-Norway" project, meetings with scientists of the University of Nordland (Kingdom of Norway), signing of the agreement on cooperation between partner universities. Nataliya Tsar and Tetiana Sharhan joined the greetings, performing the songs "Mother's waiting" and "Mugwort's fate". Volodymyr Rubtsov and Yana Kozachenko were also given a chance to speak.

To conclude the ceremony, the TNEU rector, along with the project coordinator Yana Kozachenko, presented certificates of advanced training to graduates of the courses.
